While primarily placing recent university graduates within the corporate sales division of an organization, the ProGrad roles available to graduates do vary, depending on the organization and the businesses requirements.  Our roles encompass corporate sales, business development, marketing, coordinator and analyst positions. We also place graduates into technical roles, consulting positions and junior management positions. Due to the broad reach of our company across the graduate community, ProGrad are often asked to source a large variety of roles.

Each ProGrad graduate must attend and pass a ProGrad assessment day which is attended by hiring managers of our partner organizations. At the ProGrad assessment day, the Graduate Management Team will be looking to assess a variety of competencies such as confidence, communication skills and the ability to think laterally.

Beyond the assessment day, we facilitate interviews for the successful candidates until a suitable fit is found! Once employment commences with a ProGrad client partner, ProGrad provide each graduate with a fully paid structured training program in order to support and guarantee success in the role.
